When you engage in activities such as video sessions and customer interactions on this website, our web servers collect information about your visits. Via web server logs and windows applet, we monitor statistics, including, but not limited to:

Real-time monitoring or recording:
Authorized facility staff members can monitor or record video sessions and customer interactions from any location. A facility staff member uses a windows applet to pick a session to monitor. GUI buttons allow the facility staff members to interrupt, select another session or
Authorized facility staff members are able to see in real-time the status of users visits through a windows applet, the number of visits in progress, the number waiting, and more.
Protecting your Personal Information:
